The 2022 Mudbrick Velvet appears inky black in the glass. Displaying complex aromas of cassis, dried thyme, violets, liquorice, plums and coco ~ the palate is concentrated with dark fruits, plush round tannins and a long pure finish.
A classic Bordeaux style blend of 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot 16% and 13% Petit Verdot.
This wine can be enjoyed upon release but will benefit from careful ageing in a cellar to 20 years+
