Option Two
A five or seven -course journey through the Hauraki Gulf — contemporary technique applied to seasonal produce, with optional matched wines from our cellar.
The Mudbrick Restaurant is closed for exciting renovations and will reopen on 14 August. In the meantime, Archive Bistro is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. You are also welcome to secure a forward booking for The Mudbrick on the next page.
