Our dedicated Conference and Events team can create tailored packages to suit your requirements including: all food and beverage, local transport and equipment hire recommendations as well as
team building activities and wine tours.

Getting Here

Just a 35 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland, our conference rooms offer everything you need to for business and leisure, whilst creating the perfect backdrop for refreshing and inspiring meetings.

Our Meeting Spaces

We have several options available for conferences, meetings and breakout spaces, all with their own unique features, creating a memorable and engaging event.

The Mezzanine & Deck

These spaces can be used independently for smaller groups or in conjunction with each other for larger events. We can also offer exclusive hire of our Mudbrick Restaurant, The Archive Bar & Bistro or the entire vineyard property if desired.

Wine Tastings & Tours

Add a wine tasting to your day as a break-out session or an end of the day treat. Our expert Cellar team offer several options for wine tastings and vineyard tours, giving you a real insight into the Waiheke Island wine region.

Light & Fresh – 4 wines - $11pp
Reserve Red or Reserve White – 4 wines -$15pp
Flagship Tasting - 6 wines - $35pp
Tours on request – includes wine $22pp

Equipment

Depending on which room you choose, the equipment available in-house can vary. We have high-speed wireless internet property-wide, sound systems with the ability to plug in your own device, whiteboards, pull-down screens, stationary and TV screens in some of our spaces. TV's are available for hire for the Private Room and Lodge.

Costs

For all of our conference and events rooms, there is a minimum room hire charge of $500.00, we also ask that your group dine with us for lunch or dinner.

Dining

With two award winning restaurants on site, we offer a wide range of catering options for up to 140 guests. If you are looking to host an all day meeting we can offer lighter dining options so as not to interrupt the flow of the day.

We have a selection of properties available on site for up to 10 guests in total. We also have off site accommodation options that can be privately hired for larger groups.
