Wine Tastings are available at our Cellar Door & Tasting Room 7 days a week, all year round*

Each of our Mudbrick wine tastings goes through different varietals and takes around 20-40 minutes. Our dedicated Cellar Door team will guide you through the experience, telling you a little about each wine as you taste your way through.

If your group is smaller than 8 people, there is no need to book for Wine Tasting, simply head to our Cellar Door upon arrival. For bookings of 8 or more people, please call us on 093729050 or email us at [email protected]

*no Wine Tastings are available on Christmas Day or Good Friday. Easter Sunday Tastings and retail sales are only available to diners at The Mudbrick or Archive and will consist of Waiheke-grown wines only.

LOCATION
Tours start from outside the Mudbrick Cellar Door. Please pay for your tour inside the Cellar and receive your wine before assembling at the Meeting Point.

Your vineyard tour will be led by one of our Cellar Masters, guiding you through the Mudbrick grounds, gardens and vines.

Along the way, you will learn about the different stages of our vineyard throughout the year, our vines, varietals and a brief insight into the winemaking process. There will also be the opportunity to learn more about the history of Mudbrick, its award-winning wines and its world-famous restaurants.

You'll have the opportunity to taste 3 of our estate-grown wines with guidance from your Cellar Master and tour guide, then it's your choice if you would like to stay at Mudbrick, relax and take in the spectacular views, or buy a bottle to take home to enjoy later.
