At Mudbrick we delight in hosting a special occasion for you and can suggest the following ideas to make your celebration just a little bit more personalised in advance.
For groups of 12 or more guests, we offer a selection of group dining menus to be enjoyed in our restaurants; as well as private dining spaces if you are looking for something a little extra special. Our Mezzanine Room and Potager Room both offer private terraces where you can enjoy on-arrival drinks and mix and mingle with ease. There is no charge for our private dining spaces, hire is based on a minimum spend with our menus designed to compliment each bespoke area.
Just a 35 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland, our conference rooms offer everything you need to for business and leisure, whilst creating the perfect backdrop for refreshing and inspiring meetings.
We have several options available for private dining, all with their own unique features, creating a memorable and engaging event.
The Private Room & Terrace Deck (up to 50 guests seated)
The Mezzanine & Deck (up to 20 guests seated)
These spaces can be used independently for smaller groups or in conjunction with each other for larger events. We can also offer exclusive hire of our Mudbrick Restaurant, The Archive Bar & Bistro or the entire vineyard property if desired.
With two award-winning restaurants on-site, we offer a wide range of options for up to 140 guests.
For groups of 12 guests or more, we ask that all guests dine from your chosen set menu to ensure efficient, smooth service on the day.

For groups of over 10 diners, we recommend that you select some favourite on-arrival drinks beforehand so we can deliver fast, seamless service on the day. This eliminates the problem of that natural lag where the drinks seem to be taking forever to arrive as nobody can agree on what to order! You can then take your time to order other wines to follow if you wish.
For private hire of a room, a minimum spend on food and beverages applies. To book a group in one of our restaurants non-exclusively there is no minimum spend.
