This price is all-inclusive of premium linen, towels, spa towels, WiFi and cleaning upon departure.
CONFIRMATION POLICY:
The total accommodation charge is payable within 48 hours of booking.
Check-in time is 2 pm.
Check out time is 10 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
50% of the accommodation costs are non-refundable under any circumstances should the booking not proceed.
If cancellation is more than 60 days before check in date 50% of the accommodation cost will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within the 60-day period no refund will be given.
Please ensure that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself from sickness or other incidences which may prevent your travel from going ahead.
No refund is given for an early departure.
The Mudbrick Cottage at Circular Bay is a Waiheke gem! The cottage was the perfect location for our Waiheke Ladies weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rugged access added to the adventure and remoteness of the cottage, and did not disappoint on our arrival.
The complimentary Mudbrick bubbles in the fridge certainly made the drive worthwhile, as did the beautiful setting and accommodation. Mudbrick has gone to great lengths to make the cottage a comfortable and relaxing place, providing all the necessities for a Ladies weekend away – complimentary bubbles, bathroom extras, comfy beds, a very easy to navigate kitchen to allow us to cook up a storm, and Netflix for decadent late morning and afternoon viewing in our jammies!! However, the icing on the cake was most definitely the hot tub, which we took full advantage of throughout our stay regardless of the cold, windy and rainy weather!!
Thank you Mudbrick for the wonderful hospitality and memorable weekend on Waiheke. We were so impressed, we visited your winery on our way to the ferry to ensure we topped our weekend off with quite a few bottles of your famous Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignons, and of course olive oil. The small fortune was worth it!

Note: A 4WD is recommended to get out to the property –as parts of the road are steep and unsealed. If you do not have a 4WD vehicle, we are happy to recommend an island hire company.
