Thoughtfully designed by Mudbrick Vineyard founder and visionary Robyn Jones, in collaboration with acclaimed New Zealand architects Fearon Hay, this private residence blends modern minimalism with warmth, elegance, and texture. The result is a perfectly framed sanctuary of stillness, space, and cinematic beauty.

Set across 7 private acres, the home is ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking time to unwind, reconnect, and indulge. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests in absolute comfort. Natural materials, expansive glass, and curated furnishings create a seamless flow between inside and out - the sea is never out of sight.

Soak in the clifftop spa pool as boats drift across the bay. Slide open the bedroom walls and let the breeze in with your morning espresso. Light the outdoor fireplace as the sun melts into the horizon. Then follow the path down the hill to your very own secluded private beach - the perfect hidden cove for a morning swim, a quiet read, or a picnic by the water.

Unfortunately, there is a strict no weddings/ no function rule at The Owners Retreat which is due to a covenant in the property subdivision which all owners have agreed to in the area.

Rates range from $2,000 to $3,500 per night (minimum stay of 2 nights). Please note that a 5-night minimum stay applies during the festive period (24th December – 3rd January).

This price is all-inclusive of premium linen, towels, spa towels, beach towels, WiFi, and cleaning upon departure.



CONFIRMATION POLICY:

The total accommodation charge is payable within 48 hours of booking.
Check in time is 2pm.
Check out time is 10am.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

50% of the accommodation costs are non-refundable under any circumstances should the booking not proceed.

If cancellation is more than 60 days before check in date 50% of the accommodation cost will be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled within the 60-day period no refund will be given.

Please ensure that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself from sickness or other incidences which may prevent your travel from going ahead.

No refund is given for an early departure.
