Mudbrick’s very own extra virgin Olive Oil!
Our Frantoio olives are hand harvested from our single estate orchard on Waiheke Island. The oil has a wonderfully intense, fruity, grassy, rocket arugula palate and a naturally peppery finish. Each batch is cold pressed on Waiheke Island, just hours after harvest for the freshest flavours.
Each bottle is then hand filled, labelled corked and waxed by our dedicated Cellar Door team ~ ask them for their favourite olive oil recipes and remedies, the list of olive oil benefits is endless!
We recommend using your olive oil within 6 to 8 weeks of opening to ensure the best flavours.
