What you’ll need:
- Malibu or Coconut Liqueur
- Dark Rum (white will work too)
- Creme de Cacao or Chocolate Liqueur
- Maple Syrup or Sugar Syrup
- Mint & Chocolate to garnish
- Lime or Yuzu Juice
- Cocktail Shaker & Strainer
- Ice Cubes
- Rocks Glass (any will work)
Method:
- Add ice cubes to your chosen glass and place to one side, this will chill the glass ready for your cocktail!
- Add one scoop of ice to your shaker
- Add your spirits & liqueurs in half measures (or full if you are making two)
- Add your lime juice & maple syrup in full measures
- SHAKE! vigorously until a foam builds up
- Discard the ice from your waiting glass and add fresh ice cubes
- Using your cocktail strainer, pour your cocktail into the glass, tapping the shaker to make sure it is all in
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and chocolate shards
- ENJOY!
