December is all movement here.
Our 2025 wines are leaving the estate, carefully prepared at Shepherds Point, then sent west to our long-time bottling partners at Pleasant Valley Wines. It’s the final, quiet stage before each bottle finds its way back home, finished, sealed, and ready to be shared.
Some have already returned, resting now, ready for release. By late January, the winery will be cleared, waiting for the first fruit of the new season.

Out in the vineyard, the work is physical and constant. Heat, sudden rain, fast growth. Our team moves with the vines, lifting shoots, opening canopies, pulling leaves by hand and by machine so light and air can reach the fruit. It’s careful, repetitive, essential work that shapes what the wine will become long before harvest.
This is the season of attention.
From budburst to bottling.
From soil to glass.

It’s how we make wines that carry the Mudbrick feeling with them, wherever they’re opened.
